Joe Dodd is the founding and Managing Partner at O4 Strategies, LLC. They currently serve on multiple boards, including as a Member of the Board of Directors for T2S Solutions, Omni Federal, and SpiderOak, while also holding the position of Chairman of the Board for the National Security Space Association since 2019. Previously, Joe worked as a Senior VP at TASC, Inc. from 2005 to 2011 and has been the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at LinQuest since 2011. Joe is actively involved in their community as a Vestry Member at Holy Trinity Church and is pursuing an MS in Meteorology from Penn State University and a BS in Meteorology from UCLA.
