Mareme Leye

Mareme Leye has extensive experience in operational management and customer service, having held key roles in various companies. At Paps, Mareme served as Lead Dispatcher and Operations Coordinator, managing operational teams and ensuring quality service training. Currently, as Chief Operating Officer and Lead Dispatcher at FLIT Africa, Mareme oversees delivery operations and dispatching. In addition, Mareme founded Teranga Livraison, a parcel delivery service in Dakar, and recently joined T3 Projects as a Project Administrator. Earlier experience includes customer service at P2A and hospitality duties at Panafricaine Hôtel. Mareme holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from BEM Dakar and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Groupe ISM.
