Declan McDonnell

Declan McDonnell is a dedicated professional committed to addressing the skills shortage in the architectural engineering and construction sector. Since founding the Construction and Design Centre of Excellence (Cadcoe) in 2011, they have focused on training, mentoring, and developing a new generation of talent through an innovative apprenticeship program. Declan has previously served as a Branch Manager at Proactive Personnel before taking on roles as a Director at both T3 Training & Development and Cadcoe. Educated with a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from The Nottingham Trent University, Declan is passionate about equipping learners with essential skills for the industry.
