Louise Murphy is the Owner and Christian Life Coach at Capacity Coaching, where they have been helping Christian women find hope, joy, and purpose since 2016. They also co-own T3, an IT services company, where they focus on development and communications. Louise earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Vanderbilt University and furthered their studies in Biblical Studies at Reformed Theological Seminary, along with completing a certification in Christian Life Coaching. Additionally, they have served as Vice President of the Community Foundation of North Florida. Passionate about guiding individuals through midlife transitions, Louise also enjoys painting, photography, writing a blog, and spending time at the beach.
