Ron Mann has extensive work experience, starting with their role as a Combat Controller in the USAF from 1985 to 2005. Ron then worked as a Director & Program Manager at Blackbird Technologies, Inc. from 2005 to 2016. After that, they joined ICR, Inc. as a Senior Program Manager from 2016 to 2017.
