Robert Hughes

Robert Hughes is a Senior Managing Director at Commerce Capital Group where Robert manages investment strategies and structures financing for mergers & acquisitions. Robert is also the Executive Chairman at t4 Spatial, a cloud-based software company. In the past, Robert has served on the Board of Directors for Osmose Utilities Services, Inc., the United States Infrastructure Corporation, and the Santa Barbara Rescue Mission. Robert was a member of the Board of Trustees at the United States Army War College and co-founded and directed a private merchant banking company. Additionally, Robert has experience in equity sales at Prudential-Bache Securities and Dean Witter Reynolds Inc. Robert is an alumnus of New York University and the New School for Social Research.
