Laurel Macpherson, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities management and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Ascent since July 2023 and as a Subject Matter Expert - Project Management at T5 Data Centers, Laurel previously held roles including Construction Project Manager at BCS and Senior Director of Operations at CBRE. During a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Laurel achieved numerous accomplishments such as developing global training programs, improving operational performance metrics, and facilitating significant project initiatives across organizations like Jones Lang LaSalle and Newmark Knight Frank.
