T8 Partners is a specialist search firm. We're straight-talking, deeply connected, and uncompromising on quality. Focused exclusively on the global (re)insurance market, we work solely on retained and exclusive mandates with (re)insurers, brokers, ILS funds, MGAs and Lloyd's Syndicates across the UK, Bermuda and US insurance markets.

We place talented individuals who enhance, elevate and strengthen businesses. Management board appointments. C-suite leaders. Senior functional specialists.

We are part of the Triangle Eight Group, a Bermuda-based professional services business run by operators who have led (re)insurance businesses at the highest level.

WHAT SETS US APART

→ Operator insight. Our collaboration with sister companies across our Group brings together (re)insurance practitioners with decades of executive leadership experience with our experienced search partners. We were co-founded by Heather Kitson who leads our sister company advisory team and whose operating experience provides us with insights that help shape how we think about every mandate grounded in deep, first-hand market expertise.

→ Full-business- Coverage. Our partners have placed leaders across every function of our clients’ (re)insurance businesses including governance underwriting, risk, compliance, actuarial, governance, finance, legal, technology, change, audit, operations and broking.

→ UK, Bermuda and the US with real depth. We bring deep knowledge of the talent pools, regulatory environments, and leadership communities in each of our core markets, alongside a clear understanding of the different working and hiring cultures that define how people and businesses succeed locally.

→ Fewer mandates. Long Term Partnerships. Better outcomes. We partner with a limited number of clients, by design. A focused client base enables us to deliver search mandates with depth, rigour and discretion.
