Peter Buck is a principal for venture fund activities and is responsible for all legal matters for the TA Group and all of its portfolio companies. This includes venture capital fund management, M&A activity, risk management. employment law matters, intellectual property protection, and general business issues. Peter joined TA Group in 2015 after spending the majority of his 21-year legal career in a variety of in-house legal and executive positions. He has held executive legal positions at Go2Net, Premera Blue Cross, and Calypso Medical Technologies. He also held the CEO role at EventPoint, a cloud-based content management software company.
Peter earned a BA in Art History from the University of Washington in 1991. He received a JD from Lewis & Clark College in 1995.
