Jay Griffin

Jay Griffin is an experienced Director of Operations Services with over 20 years of expertise in process documentation, technical writing, and instructional design. Currently providing operations, training, and project management support through Jay Griffin Consulting since 2019, they previously served as an Assistant Professor of Management at Northeastern Junior College. Jay has held leadership roles in training and operations services at Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q and was involved in management training at Cracker Barrel. They began their career in the United States Air Force, where they served in Security Forces from 1994 to 1998.
