Jeff Bates

Jeff Bates is the President and Managing Partner of TA Staffing and the Chief Development and Vision Officer at Talntly, with over 25 years of experience in workforce management and development. They have held the position of Labor Board Member for the National Federation of Independent Business since 2014, and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce and Industry until 2019. Jeff’s background includes a notable military service as an AH-1 Cobra Attack Helicopter Crew Chief with the Tennessee Army National Guard from 1988 to 1994. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University and is currently pursuing further studies at LMT, the University of Tennessee at Martin, and UT Martin.
