Andy Wang, CPA, is the founding partner of TAAD LLP, established in June 2013, where leadership encompasses the strategic vision of a comprehensive accounting firm catering to both domestic and international clients. Expertise lies in financial statement reviews and compliance with U.S. regulations. Prior experience includes serving as a senior auditor at KPMG from 2006 to 2008, where substantial work was performed with multinational corporations in sectors such as consumer products, retail, manufacturing, and technology, focusing on SEC reporting and transaction structuring for public offerings. Andy Wang holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
