Tania Marques is an enthusiastic HR professional with 14 years of experience in leadership roles within multinational companies, primarily in the oil and gas sector, and currently in the aviation industry. As the Director of HR Strategy & Organisational Culture, Tania leads the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives, driving employee engagement and operational excellence. Tania holds a Bachelor of Laws from Thames Valley University, is pursuing a Master's in Strategic HR Management at IMF Business School, and is a DBA finalist at Eurasian Management and Administration School. Additionally, Tania founded the non-profit organization "Acertar o Rumo," supporting young adults in their job market transition, and is actively involved in various HR and leadership committees.
