Technological innovation is one of the key drivers of progress. However, there always has been tension between the existing practices and innovation: new technologies are associated with advantages but also with substantial risks. In the highly regulated health industry, it’s relatively harder to bring innovation to the market. In each case we seek to maximize the STRATEGIC FIT through a stronger alignment between the needs of patients and the attributable health risks, on one side, and the capabilities of the key stakeholders in the market to adopt and implement the technological advantage, on the other side.

The cornerstone elements of our business:
(1) maintaining up-to-date knowledge in health disciplines & technological innovation
(2) deep understanding of structure and operation of health industry
(3) operational excellence
(4) global reach
(5) maximizing the Strategic Fit
