Andrew Mitchell

Andrew Mitchell is an experienced educational leader with a comprehensive background in various school roles. Currently serving as the Executive Principal of Al Riyadh and Al Qeyam Charter Schools at Taaleem since August 2017, Andrew has also held positions as School Principal of Al Riyadh Taaleem Charter School and Vice Principal at Greenfield International School. Previous experience includes Principal of the Lower and Middle School Campus at the International School of London, Lower School Principal at the American School of Bilbao, and MYP Schools Services Associate Manager at the International Baccalaureate. Andrew began a career in education as a Science teacher at Twyford C of E High School and Oporto British School, further advancing to MYP Coordinator at the International School of Helsinki. Andrew holds an MA in Education (Leadership and Management) from The Open University, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Warwick, and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Chemistry from Nottingham Trent University.
