Sam Truman is the Chief Operating Officer at Taaleem, a leading UAE education provider, where they oversee operational excellence and strategic growth across a diverse portfolio of K–12 schools. With over 20 years of international experience in the education sector, Sam has played a crucial role in driving transformational initiatives, ensuring alignment with Taaleem’s mission, and advocating for health and safety standards. A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), Sam holds a Master’s degree with Distinction in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University and has completed the Executive Leadership Programme at Henley Business School. Previously, Sam has held senior positions in global education supply and infrastructure projects, contributing to significant educational initiatives in regions such as Iraq and Uzbekistan.
