Ayse Erdem

Ayse Erdem is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Director at TAB Gıda since September 2015, with previous positions including Head of Human Resources, Training and Brand Standards, and Senior Manager of Training & Brand Standards. Prior to TAB Gıda, Ayse worked at Burger King Corporation from April 2012 to August 2015, holding roles such as Senior Manager of Brand Standards and Operations Excellence in South and Central Eastern Europe. Ayse began the career at Starbucks as an Assistant Manager from January 2005 to January 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster, a Certificate in International Business from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations from Uludag University, complemented by a high school diploma from Kabatas Erkek Lisesi.
