Aleksei Volkov

Aleksei Volkov is an experienced L2 Tech Support Engineer currently employed at Tabby since August 2023, focusing on incident management, observability with DataDog, Jira workflow automations, and scripting in Python and Golang. Previously, Aleksei worked at VTB as a System Engineer maintaining over 1500 ElasticSearch servers using Ansible and in-house cloud technology from June 2021 to October 2022. Prior to that, Aleksei held positions at Sberbank as an L2 System Engineer and L1 Support Engineer, managing payment card transaction applications and coordinating incidents. Aleksei holds a Master's degree in Development in Investment and Construction Performance and a Bachelor's degree in Expertise and Property Management from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering.
