Farah Essam has a background in Tourism and Hotel Management as well as Tourism and Travel Services Management from Helwan University Cairo, where studies were completed from 2017 to 2021. Farah began a career at Concentrix HK Ltd as a Customer Service Representative from May 2021 to October 2022, followed by a role as SME at Concentrix Limited Company until November 2023. Currently, Farah holds the position of Customer Service Team Lead at Tabby, starting in November 2023.
