Igor Sapelkin

Igor Sapelkin is an experienced professional in the fields of risk management, consulting, and technology innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Risk at Tabby since June 2022, Igor previously held the position of Senior Consultant at Adastra Business Consulting, where projects were successfully delivered in over ten countries. As an Assistant Lecturer at the Moscow Power Engineering Institute, Igor developed and taught a course on IT, managed a team of developers, and contributed to multiple publications and a utility patent. Igor also founded an IT startup focused on a patented power quality analyzer and earned accolades in innovation contests. Early career experience includes working as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where test cases and plans were developed. Igor holds a Master of Science in Finance from the New Economic School and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute.
