Randa Amin possesses extensive experience in operations and customer service within the call center industry. Currently serving as Operations Team Leader at Tabby since January 2024, Randa previously held the same title at Concentrix from April 2022 to October 2023, overseeing call center associates and coaching them to meet performance metrics. Randa's career also includes roles at Raya CX, where responsibilities ranged from team leadership to technical support for Air France/KLM accounts, as well as experience in managing flight operations at almatar. An established professional, Randa has demonstrated expertise in performance analysis, training, and report generation throughout various roles, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Misr University for Science and Technology.
