Ramal Abdulla

Ramal Abdulla, MBA, is a senior advisor in the Human Resources Department with a comprehensive background in performance management, succession planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at TƏBİB since 2025, Ramal conducts job analyses, manages performance appraisal processes, and facilitates employee training programs. Previously, Ramal held roles at "Azərsu" ASC as a Human Resources Specialist and at the Məktəbəqədər və Ümumi Təhsil üzrə Dövlət Agentliyi as a Lead Advisor, emphasizing performance management systems and employee development. Ramal's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Baku State University.
