Charity Ebert

Charity Ebert has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Charity started their career as a Registered Nurse at Lincoln General Hospital in 1987, where they provided direct patient care and administered chemotherapy. Charity also had responsibilities as a charge nurse and demonstrated strong clinical and infusion skills. In 1994, Charity joined Health Lincoln Home Care as a Registered Nurse and Director. Their role involved managing home clients receiving infusion therapy and other Medicare services and overseeing home health aides. In 1998, they transitioned to Bryan Health as a Clinical Coordinator and later became the Program Director, where they oversaw day-to-day operations, staffing, budget management, and quality improvement programs. Charity eventually became the Executive Director and was responsible for regulatory compliance. Currently, Charity works at Tabitha Health Care Services as the Administrator of Tabitha Home Health Care. In this role, they ensure regulatory compliance, manages the operational and capital budget, and improves clinical outcomes.

Charity Ebert obtained their Master's Degree in Nursing Administration from the University of Nebraska Medical Center between the years 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Nebraska at Kearney from 1983 to 1986. In 1982 and 1983, Charity pursued Pre-Nursing Studies at Nebraska Wesleyan University.
