Table at Home is a digital marketplace for Private Chef experiences.

We make it EASY to hire a GREAT chef for your next dinner party or private cooking lesson experience.

For passionate and talented chefs we provide a platform to build a flexible business as a independent private chef.

Our story

We believe that great experiences happen over food, and that few things are more authentic than a meal cooked in your own home.

Celebrities such as Jamie Oliver are getting everyone more excited about cooking and entertaining at home. And TV shows like Masterchef, as well as food bloggers, are pushing amateurs to become amazing chefs.

This got us wondering:
1. How can those of us who are a little short on time experience a great meal at home that is a little more authentic than a Blue Apron meal kit or catering company?
2. And, where can chefs practice their passion if they don’t want to work the traditional 6 days a week in a restaurant or give up their day jobs?

Our solution is Table at Home. We have made it easy to hire a top independent private chef to cook for you in your home. Whether it is for a nice dinner party, private cooking lessons or a romantic dinner. Posting a request only takes minutes, and we have taken the guesswork out of choosing a personal chef with customer reviews and photos of chefs’ creations.

If you love the convenience of sharing economy sites like AirBnB and Uber, we think you will love the experience of hiring a private chef with Table at Home.
