Vibha Singh

Vibha Singh has over 16 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Vibha currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Table Space Technologies since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a freelance Human Resources Consultant from September 2014 to 2020, where they specialized in helping startups and mid-sized organizations establish efficient HR functions. From 2010 to 2014, Vibha was the Deputy General Manager at XecuteHR Solutions, where they managed various projects and became the Solutions Head for services and HR MS vertical. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Bank of America Continuum Solutions from 2007 to 2010, and as an Assistant Manager at 3 Global Services from 2006 to 2007. Vibha also served as an HR Officer at Convergys in 2005 and as a Recruitment Specialist at Wipro BPO from 2004 to 2005.

Vibha Singh began their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from Delhi University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Vibha further pursued their studies at École des Ponts ParisTech from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained their MBA in Human Resources Development.

In 2019, Vibha attended the Centre for Social and Organisational Leadership, TISS, acquiring a certification in Organization Development. Vibha also obtained additional certifications such as the Distinguished Assessment Centre Expert from Aon Hewitt Asia in 2018.

Currently, Vibha is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies at SMC University, starting in 2020 and expected to complete in 2024.

Aside from their formal education, Vibha has also acquired certifications in BEI Certification from Vyaktitva in 2009 and Gamifying the Training Sessions from ID Mentors. However, the specific month and year of obtainment for the latter two certifications are not provided.
