William Pigeon

Co-Founder and CTO at Tablet Command

William Pigeon has over 20 years of experience in the fire service industry. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as a Firefighter for the Barona Fire Protection District. In 2001, they took on the role of Fire Communications Dispatcher at Heartland Communications. William then returned to the Barona Fire Protection District in 2002 as an EMS Supervisor, where they managed 24/7 operations of 20 EMS positions and responded to medical emergency calls. In 2005, they began working at the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District as an Assistant Fire Chief, Captain/Paramedic, and Interim Communications Manager. William also worked as a Rescue Flight Paramedic at the San Diego Regional Fire and Rescue Helicopter Program, responding to hoist rescues, medical aids, and fires in San Diego County. In 2011, they became Co-Founder and CTO of Tablet Command, where they were responsible for product/solutions architecture, customer support, domain expertise, infrastructure monitoring, sales, and enterprise integration. In 2013, they became a Retirement Board Trustee at the Contra Costa County Employees' Retirement Association.

William Pigeon obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from San Diego State University between 1994 and 2000. William also attended Southwestern College to study Paramedicine.
