Nikolas Kron

Nikolas Kron has an extensive work experience spanning from 1995 to 2022. From 1995 to 2000, they were a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, where they served as Team Lead for two business books that became consulting platforms and managed research, marketing and public relations. Nikolas also served as a public spokesperson at both small executive and large industry events across the US, Canada, UK, Norway, France and Ireland. From 2000 to 2004, they were the Director of Sales at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where they managed the sales funnel and coordinated the book of business for the Center of Business Innovation, resulting in a five-fold increase in revenue. From 2004 to 2014, they were the Founder and Managing Partner at Navisar LLC, a real estate investment partner with responsibility for analysis, modeling, inspection, selection, financing, operation and divestment, specializing in multi-family and commercial properties in New York and New Jersey. From 2007 to 2014, they were the Founder and CEO of www.equityinterface.com, a real estate crowdsourcing investment community that matched real estate developers looking for equity with over 2,000 accredited investors interested in financing deals, resulting in $5.5 billion in potential equity funding and $60m in real estate deals. Nikolas also designed and managed the creation of an online real estate investment platform. From 2014 to 2022, they have been an Independent Consultant and Global Change Manager at Grupo ASSA Consulting. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at TableTab.

Nikolas Kron attended University College Dublin from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Nikolas then attended Trinity College Dublin from 1992 to 1994, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Management.
