Stef Scrivens has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as COO at Tablz, where they are involved in creating an immersive 3D booking experience for dining establishments. Prior to this, Stef was a Co-Founder at Tablz, contributing to the development of a platform that aimed to transform dining room economics.

Before their time at Tablz, Stef worked at Transparent Kitchen as a Partner and Director of Sales. In this role, they played a key role in the company's mission to revolutionize how people discover their next meal and understand what is on their plate.

Stef also gained experience in the healthcare industry as a Patient Advisor at The Ottawa Hospital. This role allowed them to provide valuable insights and perspectives from a patient's point of view.

In the earlier stages of their career, Stef pursued their passion for pastry arts. They worked as a Pastry Chef de Partie at Marcus Wareing Restaurants and as a Pastry Chef at fauna. They also gained experience as a Pastry Chef Stage at Quay Restaurant, The Fat Duck Group, and The Latymer with Michael Wignall.

Stef's culinary journey began at Signatures Le Cordon Bleu, where they worked as a Pastry Chef for four years before moving on to various other culinary establishments.

Stef Scrivens has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science with a Minor in Math from the University of Ottawa. Additionally, they have a degree in Pastry Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. In terms of certifications, Stef obtained the Patient Advisory certification from Mayo Clinic in September 2021 and the HACCP certification from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency in September 2016. They also have a Hubspot Sales Certification from HubSpot Academy, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
