Blythe Holden

General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Taboola

As General Counsel for Taboola, Blythe has oversight of all the company’s legal affairs across its extensive global footprint. She joined Taboola following the company’s acquisition of Connexity, where she was EVP & Chief Legal Officer for 15 years.

While at Connexity, Blythe supported the company’s day-to-day operations through complex partner negotiations, intellectual property, patent law and multinational regulatory matters and also as a champion for Connexity’s world-class employee experience. During that tenure, she also helped lead over a half a dozen acquisitions, several capital restructurings and the company’s divestiture from Scripps Networks and subsequent investment by private equity sponsor Symphony Technology Group. Prior to that, Blythe garnered experience in law and technology, working in her early career at an idealab! Internet start-up informally known as “dotTV.” Blythe began her career at international law firm Latham & Watkins LLP, with a focus in intellectual property.

Blythe graduated cum laude from the Harvard Law School, and summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota. Blythe was also a Harvard Berkman Center for Internet & Society Fellow. A supporter of public education, Blythe serves on the Site Governance Council of Roosevelt Elementary.
