Arben Gudachi is a seasoned Personal Data Protection Consultant, Researcher, Trainer, Speaker, and Project Manager. Currently, Arben serves as a National Consultant for the Council of Europe and holds the position of Technical Program Manager & Country Director with the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative from 2023 to 2025. Arben previously worked as an In-house Lawyer and Data Protection Officer at the Macedonian Young Lawyers Association from 2016 to 2023, and has held various legal roles including External Data Protection Officer at MEDIAGENIX since 2022. Arben earned a Master of Laws in Business Law and holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Ss Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.
