Headquartered in Santa Clara, California, Tabula has assembled a leadership team consisting of industry veterans and successful entrepreneurs. Our Company name, Tabula, is derived from the Latin Tabula Rasa, which means “blank slate”. We have chosen the name “Tabula” because our devices are, in effect, “blank slates” for turning ideas into production silicon. In addition, we have tried to take a fresh, “blank slate” approach in creating the next stage of custom logic design. 

Tabula’s mission is to provide customers with the best path from ideas to production silicon. Our technology is a result of a bold re-thinking of the entire process of custom hardware design, verification, and production. The creativity of our engineering team has resulted in over 150 patents pending in EDA, IC design, architecture, and advanced process technology. While our technology is disruptive in the industry, it is not disruptive to our customer’s design practices. The Tabula team consists of seasoned industry veterans who know how to balance innovation with practical market requirements.
