TACHIKAWA CORPORATION is mainly engaged in the manufacturing, sale, design and construction of interior and exterior-related products, as well as mechanical multi-level parking systems. The Company operates in three business segments. The Interior and Exterior Products-related segment manufactures, processes, assembles, installs and sells various blinds, movable partitions and others. The Parking System-related segment is engaged in the manufacture, sale, maintenance and inspection of mechanical multi-level parking systems. The Reducer-related segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of reducers through one of its consolidated subsidiaries. As of December 31, 2014, the Company had eight subsidiaries.
