Daniel Moyer

Daniel Moyer currently serves as a NOC II at Tachus, LLC, where responsibilities include monitoring incoming tickets for critical services and managing escalations based on Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements. Prior to this role, Daniel was a Network Operations Center Technician at ICTX, providing front-line support for a significant fiber commercial MetroEthernet network in the Houston area and developing standard operating procedures for new residential internet services.
