Tacit Intelligence was founded on the belief that the next generation of AI will be built on how the best in the world actually do their jobs, not just the transcripts or clicks they create.

Most AI vendors look to your current dataset as the answer, but we’ve found that the real unlock comes from what isn’t captured in the data - the tacit knowledge that makes your organisation unique.

We ask what isn't in the dataset so we can:

1. Build the agentic workforce that actually functions like your best people - we capture the questions they withhold & the reasoning that doesn't show up in the transcript

2. Optimise workflows from the data stuck in people’s heads that is costing your organisation tens of thousands of FTE hours

3. Create AI that makes your customers feel special, which only your best people know but haven't articulated in any of your data

We then deploy these as small language models that you own in your cloud or on-prem and that don't leak your IP / edge back to the AI labs.

We've built models that beat Frontier Labs by >300% across different benchmarks & have saved our customers thousands of hours of labour.
