Marcus Simpson

Marcus Simpson is an experienced sales and management trainer currently employed at Tack TMI since January 2021. Previously, Marcus worked as a Capability Development Consultant at Lookers plc, contributing to the BMW & MINI division from April 2017 to August 2020, focusing on enhancing customer experience in line with company strategy. Prior to that, Marcus served at Vodafone UK in various roles including Trainer, overseeing training solutions across call centers and retail stores, and as a Sales Manager, leading a team to meet KPIs in the retention department. Marcus's career began as a Sales Adviser at Singlepoint 4U and included roles as an Industrial Painter, Fitter at GEC Alstom, and Tour Manager at Globus Gateway/Cosmos Tourama. Education was completed at Sir Graham Balfour from 1982 to 1988.
