Mark Brace

Mark Brace is a strategic and financial executive currently serving as a Board Member at Tacklbox, an AI platform designed for media publishers. Previously, they held various leadership roles at D&H Distributing, most notably as Vice President of Finance & Strategy, where they managed significant financial operations and led strategic acquisition processes. Mark also served as Director of Finance for the Hershey Aquatic Club and worked as a Strategy & Finance Consultant at Chatham Financial, advising on over $10 billion in transactions. Mark continues to pursue a Master’s degree and an MBA in Finance from Penn State University.
