Simone Groß

Simone Groß has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on roles in various companies within the biotechnology industry. Simone has worked at Miltenyi Biotec as an HR Specialist from 2001 to 2007, then progressed to HR Business Partner roles in Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and R&D from 2009 to 2017. Simone joined Taconic Biosciences in 2017 as a Senior Manager Human Resources and later advanced to the position of Associate Director Human Resources for EU & APAC in 2022.

Simone Groß completed a Betriebswirt IHK degree at IHK Köln in 2008. In 2017, they obtained a Systemischer Coach certification from Ineko.
