Tonya Witherell

Operations Manager, Customer Experience at Taconic

Tonya Witherell has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Operations Manager for Customer Experience at Taconic Biosciences since July 2014, after previously holding the position of Associate Manager in Customer Service. Before joining Taconic Biosciences, Tonya worked as an Administrative Assistant at Columbia Memorial Hospital from 2010 to 2014. Tonya has a strong educational background, holding an Associate of Arts in General Studies with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University, an Associate of Arts in General Studies with an emphasis on Business Management from College for America (2016-2017), and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Southern New Hampshire University.
