Chidi Gilbert

Chidi Gilbert, P.Eng. is a seasoned mining professional with a strong foundation in engineering and mine planning. Currently serving as Senior Mine Planner at Tacora Resources Inc. since September 2020, Chidi previously held the position of Short Range Mine Planner. Prior experience includes a role as an Autonomous Haulage System Mine Engineering Intern at Suncor from January 2019 to August 2019 and as a Mine Operations Survey Student and Heavy Equipment Operator at Syncrude Canada Ltd. from May 2018 to December 2018. Chidi holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from Dalhousie University, earned between 2015 and 2020.
