Robin Watson

Robin Watson is a dedicated professional currently part of the laboratory team at Tacora Resources Inc., where they assist in quality control and laboratory equipment maintenance. Previously, Robin served as the Laboratory Technician at Tacora from 2019 to 2022 and has extensive experience in emergency response and safety roles, including leading the charge in building a world-class emergency response team for the Scully mine property. Robin's earlier work includes positions as an Operator Maintainer at Rio Tinto IOC and a Fire Prevention Officer with Speuata Security, where they were responsible for managing site emergencies and maintaining fire detection equipment. Additionally, Robin has pursued education in fire science, safety, and equipment operation, including completion of certifications from the Nova Scotia Firefighter School and Memorial University of Newfoundland.
