TACT training and consultancy was born from the needs of innovative organisations. The professionals accessible through TACT came together nationally and internationally through joint ambitions to reflect on current practice and to provide the best possible outcomes for the Individuals receiving care, the front line staff providing care and organisational leadership.

Born from one of the largest out of home care providers in NSW, TACT is aware of the challenges agencies face and understands there is ‘no one size fits all’ when it comes to training and support.

TACT seeks to remain on the leading edge of all current practice, and are committed to promoting and facilitating others to do the same. TACT Training and Consultancy prides itself on the ability to be tailored and provide supports dependent on individual and organisational needs including;
* Out of home care processes
* Disability services
* Staff training and development
* Organisational change
* Policy and practice reflection
* Operations
* Organisation and staff supervision

Please contact us to discuss how TACT can support your individual or organisational needs regardless of size and scope.
