TACTIC is an AI assessment platform for deep tech ventures, built for the institutions that fund, commercialise and back Saudi research.
As the Kingdom turns its research strength into commercial deep tech, the hardest question is which ventures are genuinely ready, and why. TACTIC gives authorities, universities and investors a common, transparent standard for answering it.
It scores a venture across 16 dimensions in under three minutes, turning a dense technical case into an objective, evidence-backed read. Built specifically for deep tech rather than wrapped around a general chatbot, it applies a sector-specific rubric, not a one-size-fits-all prompt. Every score traces to its source: drill into any sub-dimension, follow the evidence, and export an investor-ready PDF with a full audit log of how the result was reached. What takes a committee two to five days takes minutes, with a consistency manual review cannot guarantee.
Two ventures rarely deserve the same verdict. The TACTIC Uniqueness Coefficient measures how differentiated a venture's claims are against the wider field of comparable deep tech work, separating genuinely defensible IP from a crowded space even when headline scores match.
Built for Vision 2030, TACTIC supports Arabic-language input, applies SAIP-aligned IP scoring, and is calibrated to Saudi priority sectors.
Who it serves:

* Research and grant authorities screening at scale, on a defensible, reproducible basis
* Universities and technology transfer offices triaging which projects are ready to commercialise
* Research teams who want to know how an investor will score them before they walk in
* Venture investors who need a fast, rigorous first read with an evidence trail their committee can trust

TACTIC is in beta. To see it end to end, request a walkthrough or start your first assessment free, no credit card required.
