Software Architect and Senior Software Engineer at Tactical Edge

Christopher Pickett started their work experience in 2002 as a Crew Chief at the Alabama Air National Guard, where they worked until 2014. In 2013, they joined Tactical Edge, Inc. as a Software Architect and Senior Software Engineer. Within three years, they advanced from a junior developer to a senior software engineer due to their performance and leadership abilities. Christopher was responsible for replacing an enterprise-wide service bus dependency with a custom development solution to meet the requirements of an Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert. Additionally, Christopher led the complete rewrite of the US Army Modification Management Information System, utilizing full stack expertise to improve reliability, efficiency, and modernize technology. Despite challenges, they managed to release the project on-time and under budget.

Christopher Pickett obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Economics from Auburn University at Montgomery in 2010. In June 2017, they also obtained the CASP certification from CompTIA.
