Peter Vitale

As the Chief Operating Officer for Tactical Edge, Inc. Mr. Vitale is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring successful product delivery. In addition to directly supporting current contracts, he is also a member of the Business Development Team, responsible for satisfying leadership’s vision of the future for Tactical Edge. Before helping found Tactical Edge, Mr. Vitale served in various Quality Assurance, Test Lead and Systems Engineering positions. Mr. Vitale fine-tuned his skills working for large corporations such as Hewlett Packard and Boeing, where his roles and responsibilities were quickly increased. His most recent challenge, working as a United States Department of Defense (DoD) contractor, was serving as the Lead Project Manager and Systems Engineer for the BCS3-Node Management (BCS3-NM) product – a complex Command and Control (C2) system for the DoD. His long-standing relationship and favorable reputation with the customer allowed the BCS3-NM program to flourish during the transition to the current contractor. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and has been a resident of California since moving from the east coast in February of 1994.
