Roberta began their career as an Office Manager at Always Precise Protection in 2006, where they were responsible for various tasks such as scheduling, payroll, customer service, and hiring. In 2011, they became the Director of Operations at Elite Security and Protection Agency LLC, where they continued to handle daily operations and managerial duties. In 2013, Roberta took on the role of Director of Operations/Owner at TACTICAL SECURITY LLC, where they oversaw the business's daily operations, counseling, scheduling, payroll, and customer service. Roberta later joined Allen University as a Team Lead in 2016. Currently, they are serving as an Instructional Aide at Pontiac Elementary School since 2022.
Roberta Harrison obtained their high school diploma in General Studies from Spring Valley High School, graduating in 1979. In May 2021, they obtained a certification card for Armed Security from the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED).
