Asma Abidi

Customer Support Specialist at tado˚

Asma Abidi has a diverse work background in various industries. Asma began their professional career in 2012, working as a Sales Assistant at PROMOD until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Call Center Supervisor at INSEM Spa. In 2015, they joined Intimissimi as a Retail Sales Assistant and was later promoted to Store Assistant Manager in 2016. In 2016, they transitioned to Maison Margiela as a Sales Specialist before joining The Rug Company in 2017 as a Sales and Design Consultant. The same year, they joined La Perla as a Floor Manager. In late 2017, they moved to tado GmbH where they held various positions including Telesales Agent, Customer Support Specialist, and currently works as an After Sales Manager.

Asma Abidi pursued their education at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2011 to 2014. During this period, they focused their studies on computer linguistics. Prior to this, from 2003 to 2007, they attended Lycée pilote de Tunis, where they obtained a Baccalauréat degree in Sciences naturelles.
