Manuel Moser has several years of work experience in various roles and industries. Manuel started their career in 2011 as a Product Marketing Intern at Airbus Helicopters. In 2012, they worked as an Intern Anti-Money-Laundering at BMW Financial Services and as a Business Analyst at Iveco. In 2014, they served as a Project Assistant at Kabel Deutschland. Since 2015, Manuel has been working at tado° where they have held multiple positions, including Team Lead Technical Customer Service Italy & Spain, Customer Happiness Manager & Team Manager App Localization, Deputy Team Lead Customer Happiness Management, Customer Experience Process & Programme Manager, and currently, as the Head of Customer Communication and Growth. Their roles at tado° have spanned from January 2015 to the present.

Manuel Moser obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck between 2008 and 2011. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2012 to 2014.
