Robert Patten

Robert Patten is an accomplished attorney and consultant with extensive experience in the field of fraud prevention and litigation. Currently serving as an Attorney/Consultant for Taxpayers Against Fraud Education Fund since May 2020, Robert Patten previously held the role of President and Chief Executive Officer at Taxpayers Against Fraud and the TAF Education Fund from March 2017 to May 2020. Prior to these positions, Robert Patten served as Managing Attorney in the Medicaid Fraud Division of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office from January 2000 to March 2017, where responsibilities included case investigation, litigation, and participation in multi-state Medicaid fraud litigation. Robert Patten holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
