Skye Bryce

Skye Bryce currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at TAFE NSW, the largest vocational education and training provider in Australia, since November 2017. In this role, Skye leads a highly functional team of Talent Advisors. Prior to this, Skye was the Corporate Recruitment Manager at TAFE NSW, overseeing statewide recruitment activities and focusing on best practices and continuous improvement. Skye also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Total HRM, providing strategic HR support to enhance business performance. Previously, Skye held various leadership positions at Randstad, including General Manager of Business Support & Contact Centre and Operations Manager for Victoria, where responsibilities included managing recruitment solutions across different sectors. Skye's career began as Executive Manager at Select Appointments. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Deakin University and a Diploma of Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
