Tag-Connect designs and manufactures revolutionary cables, connectors and tools for In-Circuit Programming, Debug and Test.

Our patented range of Plug-of-Nails(tm) cables and adaptors eliminate the need for a honking great JTAG connector on each and every board and instead uses high-reliability spring pins to connect to a tiny footprint of pads and locating holes in the PCB, thus eliminating the traditional mating connector and saving space and cost on every board.

Tag-Connect's TC2050-IDC cable has just been selected as a finalist for a prestigous DesignNews Best Products of 2011 Golden Mousetrap Award. Our cables are used across industries and excel where board cost and real-estate are premium. For instance, major users of Tag-Connect cables include famous German appliance manufacturers, manufacturers of Cinematic 3D glasses, several Government R&D labs, a famous guitar effects and synthesizer manufacturer, and numerous implantable medical device companies amongst thousands of others.

Tag-Connect is a Microchip Premiere 3rd Party Tools Supplier. We also supply solutions for most families of MCU, FPGA and programmable devices including ARM, TI MSP430 / C2000, Xilinx, Altera, Freescale, etc. etc.

See Tag-Connect at ESC 2011.

Our Green connector technology eliminates the need for a mating connector on the target PCB while reducing board space. Why put a connector on your PCB that will be used probably only once!
